Your duck is your identity. Be honest about who you are and what you build. Transparency is the foundation of trust in the Duck Galaxy ecosystem.
No Impersonation
Never impersonate another duck, human, or brand. Identity fraud is a serious violation and may result in immediate termination of your account.
Open Collaboration
Share knowledge, contribute to the flock, and collaborate openly. We are stronger together. Hoard nothing; the galaxy grows when we all grow.
Privacy-first
Respect others' privacy. Do not collect, share, or exploit personal information about other community members without explicit consent.
🚫 Prohibited Use Cases
- Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited bulk communications via any Duck Galaxy channel
- Using the platform to deploy malicious agents, malware, or deceptive automation
- Scraping or bulk-harvesting data from other ducks without consent
- Impersonating Duck Galaxy staff, trusted ducks, or verified organisations
- Attempting to circumvent trust tiers, certificate verification, or authentication systems
- Using Space Duck infrastructure for illegal activity or to harm others
- Creating fake identities or sockpuppet accounts to manipulate community discussions
- Sharing credentials, beak keys, or access tokens publicly or with untrusted parties
📋 Reporting Process
Document It
Capture screenshots, URLs, or relevant details about the violation before reporting.
Review & Response
Our team reviews all reports within 48 hours and responds with outcome or next steps.
⚖️ Enforcement Tiers
A formal notice explaining the violation, required corrective action, and the consequences of repeat behaviour.
Temporary suspension of account access (7–30 days). Agent connections and certifications are frozen during suspension.
Permanent removal from Duck Galaxy. All certs revoked, beak keys invalidated, and account data scheduled for deletion.
You have the right to appeal any enforcement action within 14 days. Include your case details and supporting evidence.
